Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.



Delivery Rates and Estimates

  • Standard Delivery: We offer flat rate delivery cost of £3.99 for all orders. Excluding bulky items. Estimated Delivery Time: Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days within the UK.
  • Express Delivery: We offer a flat rate express delivery service for £6.99 on all orders, excluding bulky items. Please be aware that while we strive to ensure 2-3 Days, certain carriers may require up to 2 days to collect or deliver your order. Therefore, we cannot guarantee this service. Express delivery is 2-3 days. Orders for express delivery must be placed before 12pm Sunday to Thursday. Additionally, this service excludes weekends. Thank you for your understanding.
  • FEDEX Express 24 Hour: Enjoy 24 Hour delivery on all items for £9.99. Orders for FedEx Express delivery must be placed before 12pm Sunday to Friday.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services and hope to provide international shipping in the near future.

Delivery Carrier

  • We use trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, Hermes, and DPD to deliver your orders safely and on time. The carrier will be selected based on the destination and size of the package.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the carrier’s website.

Delivery to P.O. Boxes

  • P.O. Boxes: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address during checkout to ensure successful delivery.

Delivery Issues

  • Delayed or Lost Orders: If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer support team at orders@savvyyes.co.uk. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide detailed photos of the damaged item and packaging for our review.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
